Terms of service

The agreement between you and ProcesGroei. Written to be read, not to be survived.

Last updated 20 August 2026. Not yet reviewed by a lawyer.

1. Who you are contracting with

Hands is a Kijko product operated by ProcesGroei, a sole proprietorship under Dutch law, Chamber of Commerce number 97440515, VAT number NL005270665B95, reachable at [email protected]. Postal address: not published yet.

2. What the service is

A Hand is a private Linux sandbox running an MCP server, provisioned for you alone. AI assistants that speak MCP — ChatGPT, Claude and others — can connect to it with the access key we give you, and use it to work with files and tools.

We provide the workspace. The AI you connect is a separate service with its own terms, and we have no control over what it decides to do.

3. Your account

One account, one person. Every Hand has its own access key. Keep your password and every key to yourself: anyone holding a key can reach that specific Hand. If one leaks, replace it and tell us.

You must be 18 or older to enter into this agreement.

4. Price, trial and payment

Paid subscriptions and plan changes use Stripe's hosted checkout or customer portal. Stripe receives the card details; we receive subscription identifiers, status and payment events.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because a free trial does not postpone it, that period runs from the moment the agreement is concluded, not from the end of the trial. The right of withdrawal page explains this in full, including what you are agreeing to if you ask us to start immediately.

6. What you may not do with it

Do not use your Hand to:

We may suspend a Hand immediately when it is doing one of these things, and will tell you why.

7. Your content

Whatever you put on your Hand stays yours. We claim no rights over it, and we do not read it except when you ask us to look at something to help you. For that content we act as a processor on your instructions; the data processing terms set that out.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service up, and we do not promise a percentage. Your Hand hibernates when idle by design; waking takes a second or two. Maintenance that requires downtime is announced in advance where it can be.

9. Ending the agreement

10. Liability

Your Hand acts on instructions from an AI, and AI systems make mistakes. Review what matters before it goes out into the world, and keep your own backups of anything you cannot lose.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the damage occurred, except where the law does not allow such a limit — including damage caused by intent or gross negligence, and any statutory consumer rights you have. Nothing here takes away those rights.

11. Changes to these terms

We will email you at least 30 days before a material change takes effect. If you do not accept it, cancel before it does and you will not be charged again.

12. Law and disputes

Dutch law applies. As a consumer you can bring a dispute before the court of your place of residence. Talk to us first — contact — because most things are quicker to fix than to argue about.
